Alaskan Smoked Salmon Platter
A great new taste sensation; Alaskan smoked salmon, smoked teriyaki black cod, lettuce, tomato, onion, sliced egg, Greek olives and cucumber salad.

Alaskan Smoked Salmon Grilled Reuben
We are thrilled with how delicious this is; Alaskan smoked salmon, imported Swiss cheese, kraut and a side of Russian dressing all grilled to perfection on rye.  It's awesome! 

Deep Fried Pickle Chips
These are a MUST TRY!  We're serving them with a mild Ranch dressing and Kick N' Bayou sauce (my favorite - spice it up a bit).

 
Gazpacho
A medley of fresh veggies made into a flavorful soup, served chilled with sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro.

 

Mac Island
Start with a large bowl of award winning chili (Meat or Vegetarian) surrounding a sizzling 'island' of our own famous Mac N' Cheese, topped with a hot cherry pepper garnish and bagel chips.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fantasia
Our own chocolate fudge layer cake, with a scoop of chocolate peanut butter ice cream, real whipped cream, chopped pecans and a maraschino cherry.
